Frequently Asked Questions
-
It depends on the work. The medical gel and memory foam conversion is usually around 1 week. Custom bobber seats are typically a few weeks as I tend to batch these. For bespoke or non-standard bikes, allow 3–5 weeks. If you need a more specific timeframe, just get in touch.
-
Yes — most of my work is done via post. Just send your seat in a sturdy box with your name and contact details inside. Return delivery is next day via APC and very affordable.
-
The medical gel and memory foam conversion starts from £140 for the rider seat, or £185–230 for both rider and pillion. Bespoke custom work starts from £350 depending on design and materials. When you see “from” pricing, it means that’s the starting point — the final price depends on your specific requirements. Get in touch for a quote.

Yes — while a lot of my work is on Triumph Bobbers, I work on all makes and models including Harley-Davidson, Honda, BMW, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Yamaha, and more. If you’re unsure whether I can help with your bike, just get in touch.
-
For the medical gel and memory foam conversion, your original cover can usually be refitted. Older bikes may be an exception — just ask.
-
Yes, I can work on the rider section only or both rider and pillion. Pricing is listed separately for each — there’s no need to do both if you only want the rider section done.
-
I send professional photos of the finished seat with the invoice before dispatch. It’s worth noting that once a cover is made, changes can’t be made without remaking it entirely — so I make sure we’ve agreed all the details upfront.
-
Yes, I ship worldwide. International delivery costs vary by destination — just ask when you get in touch.
-
The Triumph Bobber seats in my store are built with custom ergonomic foam as standard, which is already a significant improvement over stock. Adding the medical gel and memory foam conversion takes it further — particularly worth it for longer rides or if you experience discomfort quickly.
-
Yes, stitching colour is customisable. I offer a range of options including black, white, gold, silver, burgundy, red, and more. Just mention your preference when you get in touch or place your order.
-
Yes, heated seats aren’t a problem. There’s a small additional cost due to the extra care needed working around the heating elements.
-
I have bespoke Triumph Bobber seats made, so there’s no need to send your own. For other makes and models it’s usually possible to source a replacement — just get in touch to discuss.
-
Real leather is a premium natural material that develops character over time and is used for my higher-end bespoke work. Marine vinyl is a durable, weather-resistant alternative that’s easier to maintain. I can advise on the best option for your bike and how you ride.
-
I accept bank transfer (preferred), card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Bespoke orders require a £50 deposit to secure your slot.
-
Just the seat — you don’t need to bring or send the whole bike. Simply remove the seat and send it in, or drop it off at the workshop.
-
I don’t offer a repair or patching service. If your cover is damaged or worn, the seat would need to be fully recovered — which gives a much better and longer-lasting result anyway.

The conversion uses a specialist product developed for hospital, wheelchair and military use — not the standard blue or yellow gel you may have seen on other motorcycle seats. It’s implanted directly into the seat so ride height remains unchanged (unless you request a change), and provides support and pressure relief on the sit bones and contact areas whilst keeping that connected-to-the-bike feeling. Memory foam adds surface comfort and insulates the gel from heat. All conversions include a waterproof membrane and stainless steel staples.
